We are looking for a dynamic and experienced NDIS Manager to lead and enhance our client services programs.Position SummaryThe NDIS Manager will be directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Crewe Sharp NDIS and Home Care Package programs, including client service operations, compliance, and team development. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a supportive and inclusive work environment aligned with NDIS values.Benefits of Working for Crewe Sharp:Career Growth Opportunities: Develop your skills with ongoing training and clear pathways to advancement.Supportive Workplace Culture: Be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic team.Competitive Remuneration: Attractive salary package with opportunities for bonuses.Make a Difference: Help shape services that positively impact clients' lives.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram and Service ManagementOversee the delivery of client services for NDIS and Home Care Packages.Ensure all funded programs are claimed within deadlines and in line with service agreements.Maintain program budgets aligned with financial goals, ensuring sustainable service delivery.Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with service contracts and organizational objectives.Business Development and Client RelationsActively seek new clients through partnerships with support coordinators, plan managers, social workers, and case managers.Liaise with support coordinators and plan managers to coordinate client care and enhance service offerings.Identify risks and opportunities for growth within NDIS and Home Care Package services.Team Leadership and DevelopmentDevelop and implement Performance and Development Plans for the team to build workforce capability.Establish a positive organizational culture that aligns with NDIS values, including upholding human rights, celebrating diversity, and respecting lived experiences.Foster a learning culture to promote high-quality service standards, support career development, and encourage life-long learning.Operational Support and ReportingCollaborate with various departments, including recruitment, employment lifecycle management, and performance review processes, to ensure alignment with the Crewe Sharp business processes.Provide reports, assessments, and program updates to the Operations Manager, advising on process improvements and growth opportunities.Quality Assurance and Risk ManagementEnsure consistent application of policies and procedures to maintain high standards of practice.Design systems to support health and manage risk, balancing clients' rights to take and learn from risks with safe work practices for staff.Monitor and improve the quality and reliability of services through regular assessments and adjustments.Skills and Qualifications:Relevant qualifications in Disability Services, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in managing NDIS programs or client services within the care sector.Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements.Proven skills in budgeting, financial management, and KPI implementation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Leadership qualities to build an inclusive and supportive team environment.Ready to Join Us?Crewe Sharp is a newly registered NDIS provider, dedicated to high-quality, person-centred services.
