Our healthcare division specialises in the provision of in-home support to people with disabilities and complex support needs. They provide staff that suit our clients’ clinical and social needs. As part of the team you will help provide support by ensuring that clients service plans are managed using the required portals and systems. Your responsibilities will include:Undertaking plan management accounting and/or administrative functions as required such as preparing reports and conducting reconciliations and claiming invoices.
Claiming, receiving and processing payment requests for NDIS, TAC, NIISQ, LSA and ICARE clients.
Ensuring accurate the timely completion of invoices to customers and plan managers.
Data processing of plan management payable invoices.
Managing invoice cycles and claims in conjunction with branch staff.
Assisting the Finance and Payroll team as required.
Performing other ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the Regional Controller.
Maintaining relationships with key agencies, partners, suppliers, internal stakeholders and branches.
Communicating with branches and service providers as needed.
To be considered for this role you will have the following:Previous experience in an NDIS case management role will be highly regarded.
Understanding of NDIS, TAC, NIISQ, LSA and ICARE, their operational guidelines and frameworks.
Qualifications preferably in Finance.
Accounting or book-keeping experience in Accounts Receivable/Plan Management
Excellent and accurate data processing capabilities.
Advanced Excel skills with good numerical and problem solving skills.
Current Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain.
Can do attitude and ability to work autonomously or within a team.
