NDIA EL1 Program Manager (Affirmative Measures - Disability)Currently, there are around 4.3 million Australians with a disability. The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) implements the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which is one of the biggest social reforms in the country since Medicare. As an Agency, we support more than 600,000 participants with a significant and permanent disability, and the families and carers of those living with disability. The NDIA is designed to enhance the quality of life and increase economic and social participation for people with disability.Deadly OpportunityIn The First Nations Branch as EL1 Program Manager, you will be improving the experiences and outcomes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants and staff. The First Nations Group takes the lead in the NDIA's efforts to enhance access and outcomes for First Nations people with disabilities.Multiple opportunities are available across the following branches:Systems and DataCultural SafetyGovernancePathways and Innovation* Affirmative Measures – Disability provisions are open for this position.
