National Workers Compensation Claims Specialist Location: Sydney

Role Overview:
Are you a driven and self-motivated professional in workers compensation, with national experience? Lockton has an exciting opportunity to deliver support for a client, providing services across their national workers compensation program. This role will be in-house with our client; however, you will remain a key member of the Lockton People Solutions team.
What will you be doing?
Supporting national clients with claims advice, support, and Return to Work for employees.
Partnering with clients to offer effective outsourced Return to Work support services, advice, and technical expertise.
Acting as a subject matter expert for workers compensation for clients.
Managing a national portfolio of workers compensation claims for clients.
Actively working with internal and external stakeholders on growth opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
You will need the following experience and qualifications:
At least 3 years of technical experience across workers compensation schemes and injury management.
Understanding and experience with multiple jurisdictions nationally.
Strong file management and experience with claims management systems.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel for reporting.
