About the role
We are seeking a values-driven and proactive National Social Mission and Community Engagement (SMCE) Administration Support! You will work within a team to provide a full range of administrative support to the Social Mission and Community Engagement executive team under leadership of the Executive Assistant to the Head of Departments.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this is a permanent full-time position, based in Blackburn, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 2.
You will successfully

Accurate correspondence, documentation and presentations are prepared as requested
Incoming calls and persons presenting to the office are screened and action taken
Events and meetings are organised including preparing invitations, agendas and all required resources such as catering and presentation equipment
Data is entered into financials system ensuring payments are made on time
Onboarding of new staff into the National Team
Reports are generated and provided as requested

You will have

Certificate III in Business Administration (desired)
Significant demonstrated equivalent relevant experience, knowledge and skills
A current and valid Working with Children's Check
