Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 per annum excl Superannuation
About the role
Blue Diamond Machinery is a leading provider of industrial machinery and equipment.
As the National Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service and technical support across Blue Diamond Machinery's national network.
What you'll be doing Manage and coordinate a team of Service Advisors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of maintenance, repair and installation services to customers.Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve service quality, response times and customer satisfaction.Liaise with the Field Service Supervisors and Technicians to ensure alignment to policy and expectations.Ensure any service revenue opportunities are pursued and delivered promptly.Oversee and support the management of customer warranty concerns.Contribute to the development of service-related policies, procedures and training programs.Accountability for the delivery of aftersales services including field service and workshop repairs.Preparation of monthly reports.What we're looking for Current Drivers License.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of service technicians to deliver exceptional customer service.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and project management skills.Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial machinery and equipment maintenance is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
