As the National Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining innovative systems and solutions that elevate customer service standards while optimizing internal operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service contract development and ongoing management.
Develop and market maintenance and repair agreements internally and externally.
Conduct audits of data.
Oversee management of machine builds to meet client expectation.
Telemetric monitoring.

About You Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing projects that enhance service excellence.
A track record of collaborative success in delivering project outcomes.
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
A mechanical background (beneficial but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
