Our Rostering Team plays a vital role across the country, ensuring the seamless coordination of supports for clients in every state and territory – and we're looking for someone special to join us!
As a Rostering Coordinator, you won't just be building rosters – you'll be building trust, relationships, and continuity of care that changes lives.

What You'll Be Doing:Build genuine rapport with clients and support workers to foster strong, ongoing connections.Create and manage detailed support rosters that reflect client needs and preferences.Communicate regularly with clients to gather feedback and make continuous improvements.Ensure staff and support workers are rostered accurately and efficiently.Proactively resolve rostering challenges – and escalate where needed with confidence.Provide regular updates on client and staff progress, flagging any concerns early.Respond quickly and compassionately to client questions or issues.Match clients with support workers who have the right experience and training for their needs.What We're Looking For:At least 1 year of rostering experience, ideally within NDIS or community services.Solid understanding of the SCHADS Award.A person-centred approach in everything you do.Impeccable attention to detail and a love for getting things "just right."A proactive, solutions-focused attitude – you like to leave things better than you found them.NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Confidence working to deadlines and thriving in a high-energy environment.Why Join Danny Met Sally?Additional Leave BenefitsCareer Progression OpportunitiesPositive and Supportive Work Culture & EnvironmentAttractive Salary & IncentivesInterstate Travel Opportunities for Conferences, and Functions.If you meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
