This role oversees workforce planning, training, performance management, and data reporting, all while driving continuous improvement.About YouYou are an experienced workforce or HR operations professional with a strong background in contractor management, compliance, and service delivery. You excel in leading teams, stakeholder management, and strategic workforce planning.
