An exciting opportunity exists for a National Leasing Manager to join our business.
Reporting to the Head of Property, this role will have overall responsibility for leasing vacancies across a large portfolio of retail properties.
Key Responsibilities Include: Oversee the development and implementation of effective strategies to market and lease available tenanciesLeverage existing retailer relationships and market knowledge to maximise portfolio occupancy and income; whilst enhancing retail tenancy mixProvide leadership and guidance for Leasing teamAppoint and oversee external leasing agents as requiredManage and drive negotiation processes to close leasing transactionsProvide expert advice to support market rent reviewsAssist with lease renewals, variations, assignments and surrendersEnsure strong retention of current tenantsProvide regular updates and reports on lease deal pipeline and market conditions to Directors and Senior ManagementSatisfy and maintain target vacancy rate for sub and head lease tenanciesThe Ideal Candidate: 10-15 years' experience in retail and commercial leasingKnowledge of retail and commercial leasing markets nationallyStrong existing relationships with prospective tenants and agentsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAnalytical and strategic thinker with problem solving capabilitiesStrong attention to detailHold a current driver's license and reliable vehicleEstate Agents Licence or Agents Representative Licence essentialIf you are highly motivated and seek a challenging role within a fast paced, dynamic work environment, please click the 'Apply' tab below to submit your resume.
