In this position you will ensure timely and accurate processing of ocean freight import shipments to meet both business and client specific KPI's.A day in the life of a National Import Sea Coordinator at Toll Group:Register and validate shipments.Ensure origin compliance and manage documents.Oversee transhipment management and compliance.Handle sea cargo reporting and delivery order management.Raise invoices and manage forwarding-related costs.Review compliance of forwarding documents like arrival notices and outturn reports.What You'll Need to Succeed:Experience in the Shipping /Freight Forwarding industry (ideally within a similar role).Computer literate with strong client focus and service ethic.Methodical, organised, and detail-oriented, with knowledge of freight forwarding (preferred).Understanding of business concepts, organisational knowledge, and profitability.Results-oriented, resilient, with strong analytical and commercial focus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially listening.Team player with a natural tendency towards collaboration and influencing others.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
