We're looking for a National Customer Service Representative to join our client team, supporting our clients with specialised equipment solutions across Australia.
About the Role: In this role, you'll work closely with the service and sales teams to provide high-quality support, including preparing repair quotations, developing maintenance agreements, and managing client accounts.
You'll be the key point of contact for clients who rely on your expertise in servicing and maintaining critical equipment such as:
Scissor Lift TablesTail Lifts/Wheelchair LoadersCompactors, Bale Presses, and Bin LiftersCar Stackers & LiftersKey Responsibilities: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, while actively pursuing new service accounts.Create and deliver equipment repair quotations, along with recommendations for repair or replacement.Develop Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) tailored to client equipment needs.Follow up on repair and maintenance recommendations to ensure timely service.Manage compliance requirements for field service and subcontractor teams.About You: Solid background in customer service, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience with sales techniques and a tech-savvy approach to using software and CRM systems.Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.Basic mechanical aptitude, with attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.A collaborative team player who is organised and proactive.Exciting opportunity - This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact, building relationships with clients across various sectors and ensuring the performance and safety of critical equipment.
