You will work in a small autonomous team, overseeing the raising, checking and reconciliation of inventory and sales claims, answering queries from branches and suppliers regarding claims for credit and sales reports, investigating issues as they arise and requesting maintenance from Accounts Payable and the Master Data teams. The position reports directly to the Head of Demand Planning and frequently interacts with the General Manager Supply Chain.What you will do:Work in a small, autonomous team of sales claims specialistsRaise and review the various types of inventory and sales claims in line with stakeholder agreements and organisation policyContribute to various projects as assigned by supply chain managementInvestigate and resolve claim errors from various sourcesCollate and prepare monthly reporting statisticsWhat we are looking for:We are seeking an enthusiastic team member with a strong attention to detail, an analytical mind, an inquisitive nature and able to work in a small autonomous team.
