The Role: Reporting to the National Business Manager - Woolworths, the National Account Manager for Woolworths will lead SPC's Customer Joint Business Plan across branded and private label products. Working cross-functionally with marketing, demand planning, logistics, finance, and sales teams, this role will be key in delivering innovative, sustainable growth for Woolworths' portfolio. You'll develop and execute strategies to achieve SPC's sales and profitability goals, influence key financial levers within the P&L, and bring forward-thinking approaches to category management and promotional planning.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement SPC's Joint Business Plan with Woolworths, focusing on growth, profitability, and market share.Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across SPC and Woolworths to enhance category performance.Lead strategic initiatives for product activation and ranging to maximise brand visibility and sales.Manage budget and spend optimisation to drive cost-effective results and overall account performance.Conduct performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and ensure ongoing competitiveness.What You Bring: 2-3 years of experience in a National Account Management role within the major grocery channel, preferably managing the Woolworths account.Proven success in sales and account management within the FMCG sector.A thorough understanding of the major grocery channel, including customer and buyer needs and market competition.Strong commercial acumen, planning, and organisation skills, with attention to detail.Ability to influence and build productive, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Benefits: Join an iconic Australian business during a transformative period and play a key role in SPC's growth journey.
