About you With credible and robust sales experience, you will have the talent and tenacity to drive growth and take Bridgestone to the next level. You will demonstrate a customer centric approach to National Accounts Management and value its importance to the business.
To perform successfully in this role, you will need to demonstrate (at minimum):
Strong negotiation skills ensuring balanced outcomes for all stakeholdersThe ability to identify and negotiate new business opportunitiesThe ability to recognise, develop and drive growth within the existing customer baseHighly proficient in creating and delivering sales, KPI, trend and performance reporting to all stakeholdersEffective relationship management focusing on creating and sustaining multi-tier relationships with key stakeholdersThe capacity to work at a strategic and operational levelStrong commercial acumen and the ability to build exceptional relationships at all levelsThe ability to communicate and negotiate clearly and effectivelyExceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong time management and prioritising skillsIf you are an experienced National Account Manager, with a customer centric approach and the right skill set to help move our business forwards, then we encourage you to submit an application for this fantastic opportunity.
