About the role Develop and execute TPB's strategic goals as our National Account Executive. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive continued growth across our portfolio of brands, including Pepperjack, Saltrams, Wynns and Squealing Pig (to name a few!).
Collaborate with the National Business Manager to develop and execute strategic priorities aligned with TPB's category and brand objectives. Conduct account diagnosis and negotiate business trading plans when needed. Support implementation of joint business plans, ensuring promotional activities align with priority brands and trade spend guidelines. Manage seamless execution of key activities outlined in the customer plan, leveraging understanding of customer strategies. Assist in delivering key financials, including GSR, NSR, BC, and trade spend budgets, to drive market share growth. About you You are a commercially savvy individual with proven sales or sales-related experience. You demonstrate exceptional analytical and financial skills, coupled with strong communication and influencing abilities. Your strategic focus, ability to navigate ambiguity, and knack for delivering results in demanding environments make you an ideal candidate.
Prior FMCG sales-related experience. Strong strategic business focus and commercial acumen. Proficiency in planning and execution. Ability to understand, embrace, and capitalise on change.
