Murex Integration Developer - Mxml

Project descriptionWe've been engaged by a large Australian financial institution to provide resources to their Murex program.

Joining this program, you will have the benefit of working with an established client team, fully involved in the project initiation through to project implementation.Responsibilities Technical Analysis of changes, solution design, development/configuration, and unit testing of MxML Workflows
Technical Analysis of changes, solution design, development, and unit testing
Participate in fixing production and test defects
End-to-end ownership of tasks in cooperation with Business Analysts and Testing team.SKILLSMust have- 5+ years of experience as a Murex MxML Developer, specializing in financial systems integration.
- Strong expertise in MxML workflow development and formula creation.
- Experience working on ISO 20022 projects with a deep understanding of the messaging standards and integration processes.
- SWIFT experience is critical, including message formats (MT/MX), data mapping, validation, and handling financial messages across systems.
- Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and database management.
- Good understanding of the financial markets, including trade lifecycle, risk management, and settlements.
- Knowledge of pre-trade frameworks and MSL scripting language within Murex.
- Proficiency in Unix-based environments for operational processes.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide technical solutions for complex financial workflows.Nice to have• Good Java experience, especially integrating Java code in MxML
• Pretrade experience
• DevOps on Murex experience (GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, etc)
• Technical solution design experience and start-to-end solution ownership.
