We're looking for a versatile Multimedia Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to elevate our creative media, 3D design, marketing initiatives, and digital storytelling. This role is based in Griffith, NSW, and requires the candidate to be local or willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities: Creative Media Production: Develop multimedia content, including video, animation, and photography, that captures our manufacturing processes, product features, and brand story.Client-Focused Content Creation: Collaborate with clients to create custom multimedia content that aligns with their brand, marketing goals, and specific project requirements.3D Design & Modeling: Create realistic 3D models and animations for product showcases, packaging concepts, and virtual presentations.Social Media & Digital Marketing: Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to build brand visibility and engage target audiences.Graphic, Interactive & 3D Design: Design digital animations, infographics, interactive web elements, and 3D models that are visually engaging and support key marketing initiatives.Content Strategy & Campaign Development: Develop content strategies that align with overall brand goals, product launches, and client needs.Proposal Development: Design and create visually engaging proposals in PDF and PowerPoint formats to present concepts & strategies.Brand Storytelling: Develop narratives that highlight our commitment to quality, innovation, and industry leadership in health supplements.Website Content Management: Maintain and update content on our website and client websites, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the performance of multimedia and digital marketing content, making recommendations for future campaigns.Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years in multimedia production, digital marketing, or a related field with a strong emphasis on 3D design.Creative Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), 3D software (Adobe Dimensions/Blender), and a strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia production for digital marketing.Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media management, branding, and content strategy.Collaboration: Strong communication skills for working directly with clients and coordinating with cross-functional teams.Innovation & Adaptability: Ability to bring creative ideas to life and adapt to evolving brand and client needs.Location Requirement: Must be based in Griffith, NSW, or open to relocating to Griffith for this full-time position.Experience in health, manufacturing, or B2B industries is a plus.Perks: Competitive salary and flexible hours.All necessary tools and resources for impactful content creation.Immediate start in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on creative innovation.About Company: The All Natural Company is at the forefront of contract food manufacturing in Australia, leveraging extensive knowledge and experience in product development for health and food supplements.
