Your new Role:
Bring your passion for leading teams, outstanding patient care and work alongside a diverse and supportive team!

The Pathways Team, consisting of Allied Health Professionals, works across Metro South Health hospitals to address discharge barriers, especially relating to aged care, NDIS, and legal matters. They provide early, targeted interventions to reduce extended hospital stays and improve complex discharge planning efficiency. You will deliver advanced Long Stay consultancy services to stakeholders and clinicians within the Pathways Team to achieve excellence in patient care, education and research.
