The safety of our people and the environment is our highest priority, and we are dedicated to coal mining and the benefits it brings to local communities, Queensland and Australia.The Opportunity:We are currently seeking Single and Multi-Skilled Operators to join our growing team at our operating Wilton Pit and the upcoming Fairhill mining operations. These operations require highly skilled operators, preferably with experience in thin-seam open cut mining, who are keen to work within a small high performing team environment.Responsibilities:Haul truck and Water Cart operatorsGrader and Dozer (Dump, Floor and Production) operatorsLoader operators (Coal stockpile and Road Train Loading)Excavator operators (Production and Thin Seam Mining specialists)Multi-skilled operators and those with thin seam mining experience will be highly regardedAbout You:You will hold a current QLD coal operational competencies, along with:2+ years previous experience in coal mining operational rolesCurrent Standard 11 and Coal Board MedicalValid driver's license and proof of right to work in AustraliaMust be able to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screeningEmergency Response Team experience (preferable but not essential)What's on Offer:An attractive renumeration package will be on offer for the preferred candidates, which may include site allowances.
