About the Role
As a Mowing Team Leader, you will oversee and manage our mowing operations.
You will lead a dedicated team of Mower Operators to ensure the maintenance and enhancement of green spaces across multiple commercial and council-controlled open space sites.
This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety, capable of working alongside their team to maintain and enhance green spaces.
Actively participate in mowing and groundskeeping tasks alongside your team.
Supervise and coordinate a team of Mower Operators, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Inspect sites regularly to ensure high standards of lawn maintenance and address any issues promptly.
Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure all mowing equipment is well-maintained and operational, arranging for repairs as needed.

Proficient in operating and maintaining various mowing equipment.
Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Valid White Card
Valid Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
Valid Drivers' license.
