We are looking for a Vehicle Road Tester to join our awesome Service Department Team.
The right person will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to provide the best possible experience for our Customers.
You will have a professional strong work ethic, an amazing attitude, and the ability to communicate enthusiastically, clearly, concisely, and effectively.
To be considered for this role you MUST:
Have previous experience in a similar role within a busy workshop.
Mitsubishi or dealership experience would be highly desirable but not essential.Possess a high level of product knowledge.Be able to identify abnormalities with a vehicle when road testing, sometimes with the client present to highlight areas of concern.Effectively communicate concerns about the customer's vehicle to our Workshop Controller and provide advice to our Technicians, including assessing time required for repairs, with the goal of meeting job deadlines.Be focused on the customer's expectations, verifying all concerns have been attended to and noted on Repair Orders.Ensure after servicing, all vehicles exiting the workshop have passed a Final Quality Inspection and are fully road tested.Assist when required with the allocation of jobs to Technicians.Carry out minor services on vehicles during unscheduled busy times.Have the desire to consistently achieve.Have a genuine interest in the motor industry and a willingness to learn.Possess good computer skills.What can we offer you?
