From initiating repairs to negotiating settlements, you'll manage a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring cost-effective solutions and exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end motor claims, conducting assessments and overseeing repairs. Cultivate relationships with industry partners and internal teams. What You Bring : Trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics plus 5 years post trade experience. Proven experience in quote writing and customer service excellence. Strong organisational skills and excellent time management. Ability to work well within a team environment and support colleagues. A proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction.
