Our Associates Team forms a vital layer of our sales organisation. This team focuses on setting appointments and driving qualified opportunities into the diaries of our franchisees and brokers around the country. As an Aussie Mortgage Sales Associate, you'll handle inbound customer enquiries while also making outbound contact with leads to see if we can assist with their lending needs.
Key responsibilities of an Aussie Associate: Prospecting customers over the phone and discussing their lending needs Converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers Identifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases Leveraging your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment, where they can upload documents and provide their broker with key info Provide exceptional experiences for our customers Qualifications OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: This is a full-time role well suited to final year university students, recent graduates, candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and those with an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.
To nurture your skills and best position you for success and development, full-time office attendance is required during your first three months to immerse you in the business. Following this, high performers will have access to hybrid working options.
