About the role:

As a Field Delivery Telecommunications Trainee , you will work alongside a mentor offering you ongoing coaching, support, and mentoring during your traineeship. You will get hands-on training providing our customers with a great experience by activating and assuring telecommunications/technology products and services in homes and/or businesses. You will actively participate in a diverse team environment to deliver the optimum customer and commercial outcomes aligned to Telstra's values and strategy. We have several positions available around the country. The expectation is to reside in the targeted area or be willing to relocate. To be considered for the opportunity you will need the following skills & attributes:

Hold a current driver's licence. Physically fit for the role. The ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening. Ability to undertake a police check. Professional and polite communication. Enjoy working in a team environment. Positive attitude and safety-first approach. Be technically minded.

Qualifications:

As a Trainee Technician, you will be provided with Telecommunication Technology Cert III training during the traineeship along with relevant certifications and/or licensing for the location you reside in.
