DTMT is currently seeking a Mobilisation Administrator to join our team in Bibra Lake.
This position will be responsible for the mobilisation and administration of the department, working on construction and shutdown projects in the Pilbara region, Goldfields and Perth metropolitan area.
As the Mobilisation Administrator your responsibilities will include: Manage staffing numbers for our projects;Regularly liaise with Project Managers to ensure staffing plan is accurate [including forecasting and reporting]Management of projects rosters with Project ManagersEnsure vacancies are filled with suitable candidates and within the desired timeframeManage various reports and registersAssist with the end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation process including:Employment historyTrade certificates/qualificationsReference checksPre-employment medical bookingsTraining and InductionsFlight and accommodation bookingsTo join this dedicated team, you will have: A minimum of 2 years in an administration role or similar positionAn understanding of HR best practiceTo be successful in this role you will: Be self motivated and possess initiativeDemonstrate excellent communication and organisational skillsBe able to work in a team environmentBe able to prioritise and multi taskIf you are looking for a fast-paced and energetic team environment, we'd love to hear from you!
