Mobile Plant Operator | Trainer Assessor

Skout Solutions are looking for a Workforce Trainer to work on Ventia's Defence contract travelling to various Defence bases to deliver training to staff on Mobile Plant. We are looking for a Trainer with experience in Mobile plant training to work 3 full weeks per month for 8 months with the majority of December and January break. Domestic travel and expenses will be booked and paid for by the contract. This project will be an 8 month requirement.
About the role Deliver on-base training to staff on Mobile Plant:Graders, Dozers, Skid Steers, Front End Loaders, Backhoes, Excavators, Forklifts, Telehandlers and Rollers.Conduct training in classroom environments and complete assessments of students with relevant paperwork.Verification of competency as required.About You Experience working in Defence in a training role is highly desired.Demonstrated experience training and conducting VOC's of Mobile Plant.Multiple Tickets and training experience across Graders, Dozers, Skid Steers, Front End Loaders, Backhoes, Excavators, Forklifts, Telehandlers and Rollers.Training qualification is highly desired.Must be an Australian Citizen to work on Base.About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
