The successful candidates will be capable of building genuine relationships with customers and referral partners, and you will have an opportunity to be a part of a program that provides support through a strong framework.
You'll make sure the entire experience - from application through to settlement - is as simple and rewarding as it should be.
And you'll support them with other banking products that add to their experience, so that the great relationships you develop can keep going long after the keys have been handed over.

The customer relationships our Mobile Lending Managers foster often start with a referral network of external partners.
Experience with maintaining this sort of network is a must-have.
You'll also have extensive experience working in a customer-facing organization (particularly in lending) and will be fully across the home lending processes.
As a people-person, you'll always make customers feel confident that they're in good hands - and even then, you'll find ways to exceed their expectations.
