Job Description Are you a finance professional seeking an opportunity to lead and excel in a dynamic environment?
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Mine Accountant.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the finance function, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, and leading a team of accountants.About the Role You will be responsible for: Leading and coaching a team of accountants Being the lead for HVO's finance function with a focus on driving a high-performing culture Collaborating with cross-functional departments to understand the operational and technical aspects of the industry Thinking fast on your feet and employing analytical skills to interrogate data and identify patterns Showcasing high proficiency in SAP and Excel usage Applying both Management and Financial Accounting skills Contributing to a supportive team culture that embraces change and process improvements
Roster and Location Monday to Friday professional roster Based on site at HVO (off Lemington Road)
About You CA / PA Qualified Interest in numbers and processes, ideally with exposure to forecasts and budgets A team player with confidence in working independently and driving deliverability Clear communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills SAP and Xeras skills are desirable Highly motivated individual with ability to successfully drive change
