Mid-Level/Senior Database Administrator

Database Administrator, responsible for support of IBM Db2 database systems.
The responsibility demands you to play an excellent senior role and make an integral part of the team.
Expectation is to deliver excellent support and service to the customers every time.
Key Responsibilities Excellent collaboration with the team in meeting SLA.
Take ownership of problems, incidents.
Take part in an on-call roster to provide 24x7 support.
Technical Problem-solving and performance tuning.
Be able to take ownership of any allocated tasks/changes/incidents/problems.
Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues.
Perform Database system capacity plan, upgrade and apply latest fixpack.
Required Skills/Experience Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
A minimum of 10 years (cumulative) DBA experience in the following technologies IBM Db2(LUW)IBM Db2 Warehouse on Cloud Good To Have Skills Hands on experience on AIX, Linux operating systems.
DB2 HADR & Replication.
