A job to be proud of: As our Digital Experience Engineer , you will maintain and develop the Microsoft ecosystem within St John WA ensuring seamless integration of digital workspaces.
By configuring robust and user-friendly digital platforms, you will directly contribute to our efficiency and ability to serve the community.
You will also focus on innovation by leveraging the full potential of Microsoft 365, delivering solutions that adapt to evolving business needs.
Through continuous improvement initiatives and performance optimisations, you'll ensure that the tools and platforms remain at the cutting edge, empowering teams to work smarter and achieve measurable outcomes.
Position starting early mid-January 2025.
What you'll do: Maintain the Enterprise Ecosystem in MS and develop roadmaps, for communication and training plans for increasing digital fluency across the organisation.
Perform regular audits and optimisations of Microsoft solutions for security and efficiency.
Monitor system performance, implement updates, and enhance digital platforms.
Maintain a proactive approach to system management, supporting long-term objectives and technological advancements.
What you'll need: Bachelor's degree Information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent, demonstrated work experience will also be considered.
Certifications in Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead digital innovation initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, with a strong focus on SharePoint, Teams.
ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management principles preferred.
Continuous professional development in the latest digital workplace technologies and trends.
