What You'll Do: Analyse sales trends, inventory levels, and product performance to assist in the development of merchandise plans, including seasonal OTB, inventory planning, and repeat order strategies. Manage and maintain the OTB for the area(s) of responsibility analysing sales, margin & inventory. Assist in planning and executing promotional activities including online events and markdown strategies. Publish and maintain reports with the highest level of detail. Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed of fashion industry trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to buyers. Work closely with the buying and ECOM team to ensure alignment of merchandising strategies with overall business goals (Achieving critical financial targets such as sales, profit, stock turn, and sell-through). What We Are Looking For: Degree qualified and have at least 3 years' experience as a merchandise planner for multi-channel retail environment Fast-fashion retail or eCommerce planning experience required Advanced skills in Excel, and proficiency in Microsoft Office for data and reporting Sales-driven individual who is adept at working in a changing environment Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills Strong attention to detail to meet timelines and demands Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to build rapport with cross-functional teams within the business.
