Join Our Team as the Merchandise Planner!As a Merchandise Planner, you will be a trusted partner to support brand/category strategy for our products. We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person for our planning team. You will mostly work with our buyers.
Why You'll Love Working With Us:Competitive salary and bonus opportunitiesTake advantage of our generous employee discountsWe believe in nurturing talent from within - enjoy ample opportunities for personal and professional developmentBe part of the giving-back culture to support several local charities and organizations on a community levelA vibrant and fun work environment where fashion rules!What You'll Do:Analyse sales trends, inventory levels, and product performance to assist in the development of merchandise plans, including seasonal OTB, inventory planning, and repeat order strategies.Manage and maintain the OTB for the area(s) of responsibility analysing sales, margin & inventory.Assist in planning and executing promotional activities including online events and markdown strategies.Publish and maintain reports with the highest level of detail.Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed of fashion industry trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to buyers.Work closely with the buying and ECOM team to ensure alignment of merchandising strategies with overall business goals (Achieving critical financial targets such as sales, profit, stock turn, and sell-through).What We Are Looking For:Degree qualified and have at least 3 years' experience as a merchandise planner for multi-channel retail environmentFast-fashion retail or eCommerce planning experience requiredAdvanced skills in Excel, and proficiency in Microsoft Office for data and reportingSales-driven individual who is adept at working in a changing environmentExceptional organisational and prioritisation skillsStrong attention to detail to meet timelines and demandsStrong verbal and written communicator with the ability to build rapport with cross-functional teams within the business.Are you ready to take the plunge and be part of a rapidly growing company?
