**About Us**

The Wellness and Recovery Centre (WRC) is a specialist eating disorder service that is treatment based and recovery orientated. Teams provide care to both acute inpatient medical units and community treatment options utilising evidence based therapies, within a person centred model. Whilst not providing case management services, we work collaboratively with both public and private service agencies to provide specialist guidance and input as needed to assist with determining clinical care pathways.

**About the Role**

The Adult Inpatient Unit is a 4 bed pod located at Dandenong Hospital. The unit provides support to people experiencing an acute phase of an eating disorder. The Mental Health Clinician position is a flexible, 7 day rostered role with 2 shifts between 7am and 9:30pm. Training support and supervision will be available to the successful applicant.

This role is an ongoing 0.8EFT position, part time applicants welcome to apply

**About You**

You are an experienced clinician with experience in a mental health setting. You enjoy working within a team environment and have a keen focus on fostering relationships to improve service provision and deliver patient-centred care. Your ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to a wide audience is a core competency for this position, along with excellent time-management skills.

**What you need**:

- Current registration with AHPRA
- Working with Children's Check
- Relevant post-graduate qualifications in mental health
