Mental Health Clinician - Psychological Treatment Services in Residential Aged Care FacilitiesJoin our Psychological Treatment Services in Residential Aged Care Facilities in delivering psychological interventions with a focus on connecting residents with local supports, including families and loved ones, and consulting with aged care staff to provide integrated care team planning.In this role your responsibilities will include providing high-quality specialist counselling to older individuals in aged care facilities, ensuring service targets are met and workloads are managed effectively.Ensuring timely data entry and comprehensive documentation of service delivery will be paramount.
