Duties of a Memorial Advisor Plaque Layouts – liaise with client families Cremation follow up calls – Potential urn opportunities/memorial appointment with FSA or collection Ash witness back up and support to FSA's Service requests – site or memorial requests Site enquiries/find a loved one Site marking back up Complaint follow up – initial support determines triaging level if required to escalate Incoming FSA calls – backup support and triaging to FSA Book appointments for FSA – add to calendar, if ash collection order ash to office Check completed paperwork/compliance from FSA – ensure site photos uploaded to system Pre-need contracts – Client families servicing Create and update FSA team tracking spreadsheet – Plaque status and witness details About you: Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven experience working in a customer service or administrative role Intermediate experience using MS Office programmes Strong organisational and time management skills Highly organised with a strong attention to detail Benefits of joining InvoCare: You may not have considered this industry before, but we provide vital services to families that helps them to celebrate the lives of those they loved.
