This job offer is not available in your country.Anytime Fitness Mansfield Park, SAWe are on the hunt for extraordinary talent to join our teamWork in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is differentOngoing support and trainingAttractive remuneration package, including a base + bonusesFree gym membershipAbout the roleAs the Membership Consultant, you will be a crucial member of the team and your primary focus will be attracting and engaging new members into the club.You will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others.You must be comfortable in sales processes and calling complete strangers on the phone and asking them to stop in to see our club.About youDo you have the following experience and qualities?First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethicPassion for the industry and changing people's livesCreativity, drive and initiativeProactive, organised and driven to achieve goalsProven sales skills and outreach experienceNetworking within the local business communityExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level of integrity in line with club terms and conditionsDuties and Responsibilities:Utilize incoming/outgoing call scripts providedExecute daily outgoing calls in line with the prospect or member journey - Sales calls to maintain club completed call to appointment percentage of 30% or higherBook daily appointments for club tours - Maintain 60% or higher appointment show percentageAction required calls from master spreadsheet call lists i.e. renewal/inactive spreadsheetsMaintain minimum 80% pass mark on the 9 Step Sales Process in club assessmentsUtilise the club Master Spreadsheet to ensure all daily/weekly/monthly tasks are completed efficiently and to an acceptable standardAction general office/admin tasks efficiently - inc. responding to emails, following up outstanding voicemails and messages (including social media and Google My Business)Ensure club/member etiquette is monitored via checking tailgate alarms daily and following up any inappropriate behaviour as per procedure (suspension or cancellation only)Ensure club compliance - Perform safety checks each month via Anytime Safety portalManage member accounts - including freezes, cancellation requests, updating account details, contact information, payments of account and arrears paymentsKeep an accurate record of member communications of all types (in person/over phone/email) - including updating notes on member accounts to include all relevant informationHandle member complaints/conflict in a professional mannerShow proactive efforts to achieve monthly/quarterly targetsSupport Club Manager to ensure overall club performanceMaintain a positive club culture for both staff and membersMaintain club cleanliness and overall presentationEnsure you are arriving on time to shift and wearing only approved uniform attireWorking across multiple club locations required as a cover staff memberAbout Us:As one of the largest franchisee groups with 15 clubs spanning across NSW and VIC, we work collaboratively as an organisation to encourage goal setting and excellence in both our personal and professional lives.We maintain a culture of integrity, and inspiring our people to live longer, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
