The opportunity: Member Support Consultants (MSC's) at our Mount Gravatt club are vital in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. MSCs are the first point of contact for prospective members, inspiring them to start their wellness journey. They help thousands become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.
The role of an MSC is diverse, with two primary goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales and retaining members via exceptional customer service. MSCs excel in all aspects of Goodlife : seamlessly switching between sales and lead generation, providing outstanding service, and proactively engaging with members to enhance their experience and retention.
Responsibilities Contribute to club sales targets through promotions and referral campaigns Generate and convert high-quality leads via community outreach and referrals Contact leads by phone to maximize sales opportunities Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members Create positive, personalized member experiences Respond effectively to inquiries Open and close the club according to roster Participate in member retention initiatives, inspiring ongoing fitness journeys Conduct regular service calls to engage members and recommend club products to enhance results About you: Current First Aid & CPR certifications Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and a genuine desire to help others succeed Problem-solving skills and resilience Excellent communication skills—listening, understanding, empathizing, influencing Tenacity and a drive to meet targets and team goals Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes What we can offer you: A career in fitness is unique.
