This means we are on the lookout for someone to join our Sales and Member Service Outbound team.
The opportunity
We are currently looking for a passionate Member Solutions Specialist to join the outbound contact centre team working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm in a full-time position .
What are we looking for?
A successful candidate will have previous experience in sales and/or customer service and have the following skills:
Adaptable to changing requirements of our members Resilience and the ability to handle a variety of different calls Great communication skills Results driven with proven ability to meet specific KPI's What will you be doing?
As an outbound sales and service consultant, you will be responsible for:
Making a number of outbound calls to members daily Having meaningful conversations with our existing members on their current RAC products Providing support and general advice to new members Work to conversion not product sales Member centric retention Team You will be trained in Auto Services and Tyres to broaden your scope Not sales focused, KPIs are driven by booking members in for our services Please note: We encourage you to apply as soon as possible as RAC reserves the right to close this vacancy without notice.
