The Opportunity Support the Founder and Head of Digital & work across various disciplines within the business.Work with a team of paid media specialists to ensure optimal performance for your clients.Work within a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.Manage the end-to-end workflow of media plans, from receipt of the brief to post-campaign reporting, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.Coordinate with the Client Services Team to understand client requirements and priorities and manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project status, performance updates, and any issues or concerns that may arise.Collaborate with the Client Services Team to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.You: Live in Melbourne and have full working rights.Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications.2-4+ years of digital media or content experience preferred.Comfortable operating in a nimble, fast-paced, creative environment.Excellent verbal and written skills.Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and detail-oriented.Can turn insights into actions!Knowledge of Programmatic, Video, Social, Search, and SEO practices are desirable.Good understanding of data analytics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
