About the role The afternoon shift Supervisor will lead the specimen receipt and cut-up team, support Scientists and Technicians in cut-up, review procedures, complete quality reviews, and drive efficiency and workflow improvements. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Histology professional to make their mark in a large, premier Anatomical Pathology practice experiencing growth and transformation. About you To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the essential requirements:
Appropriate tertiary qualifications - Bachelor of Applied ScienceExtensive histological cut-up knowledge & experienceDemonstrated supervisory experienceA minimum of 7 years experience in all aspects of routine HistologyThe ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, demanding environmentStrong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills & excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with WH&S, NATA, and quality management systemsBenefits and Wellbeing As part of working for Healius, you will have access to a range of benefits including:
