Respond to all enquiries and provide information, assistance, and promote good public relations to staff, patients, and visitors to facilitate effective service delivery with the Emerald Hospital.
Contribute to patient flow by performing a support role to nursing and medical staff.
The role of this position is to provide timely and accurate information to staff, clients, and the public where appropriate.About you:Proficiency in the use of computerised clinical information systems and databases.Demonstrated sound numerical filing skills e.g.
