Greeting patients and other callers in a professional and courteous manner.Attending to patient enquiries, liaising with doctors, pharmacists and other health professionals, and supporting staff.Having knowledge of MBS item numbers and billing procedures.Supporting the day-to-day operations of the medical centre and completing the various administrative tasks promptly.Maintaining professionalism and adhering to strict confidentiality of patient and business information at all times.LocationEacham Medical Centre, Shop 2, 17 Catherine Street, Malanda
