Your responsibilities will include:Patient Interaction:Greet patients and other callers professionally and courteously.Accurately input patient data.Assist patients with appointment scheduling.Administrative Tasks:Manage medical records confidentially and efficiently.Process patient payments (cash, Eftpos, direct billing).Invoice Medicare, Private Health Funds, CTP, DVA, and Workcover.Handle internal emails and inquiries.Maintain a tidy reception waiting area.Collaboration:Work autonomously and as part of a team.Communicate with referring doctors courteously.Fill in the roster when staff are on annual or sick leave.Ensure accurate storage and retrieval of patient and practice records.Qualifications and Skills:Understanding of medical terminology.Excellent communication skills.Intermediate computer skills (knowledge of medical software and Microsoft Office Suite).Radiology or Medical Reception experience highly regarded.Desired Traits:Bubbly personality and ability to think on your feet.Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.How to Apply: Ready to contribute to exceptional patient care?
