We are an independent full-service agency looking for a motivated and talented Media Manager who has planning and buying experience to become part of our team. Working closely with the client servicing team and with the clients to understand client requirements, campaign briefs and anticipated campaign outcomes. You will develop the media strategy and plans and will be required to present to the internal stakeholders and clients. The media strategy must would include measurement matrix to measure media effectiveness as well as ROI of campaigns.

Love research and use research inputs strategically for media plans and strategies.

Ability to analyse audience and media data and generate insights relevant for media strategies

Knowledge of implementation, planning, buying, tracking and post campaign analysis across all media channels (strong focus on digital).
Manage media deliverables with the supporting executive and will be responsible for supervision and delivery of campaigns as planned and on time.

Build new relationships and manage existing relationships with key media stakeholders and representatives.

Work with Client Servicing, Production, PR to ensure success of integrated campaigns

Assist with end-to-end campaign management (always-on media strategies)

Ensure adherence to strict corporate governance

Mentor, guide and professionally develop your team reporting to you

Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience of media strategy, planning, buying and media operations experience
Bachelor’s Degree or formal qualification in media, communications and/or advertising or relevant experience preferred
Analytical, love data

Excellent attention to detail
Organised and work well under pressure
Strong written communication and presentation skills
Proactive and able to identify media solutions outside Australian media landscape
Experience in multicultural media landscape will be highly regarded
Ready to start work immediately
Citizens or permanent residents only

Ability to speak another language
