Essential duties include: Assist in preparing equipment and materials for each day's workOperate equipment as directedHelp maintain and repair equipment and tools used in operationsAssist other crew members in all aspects of daily activitiesClean up and dispose of all debrisSet up barriers, warning signs, flags, markers, etc. to protect employees and publicTrack and report mileageSpecific requirements include: Must be able to work outdoors under varying and sometimes adverse weather conditionsMust have and maintain a Driver's License if hired for a driving positionMust possess physical strength and good balance to climb into and around mobile equipmentMust be able to enter and exit a vehicle numerous times a dayMust have good vision and be attentiveMust be able to maintain balance over uneven terrainMust be able to travel out of town for storm restoration work when neededWe provide safety instruction from day one and every day throughout your employment, a comprehensive benefit plan, 401(K), paid holidays, vacation, referral bonuses, and opportunities to learn other skills for promotions.
