About the role Fredon Air (VIC) is seeking a passionate and talented Mechanical Estimator to join our team in Heatherton, Victoria.
This is a full-time position that provides an opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in mechanical systems to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing Produce estimates and tender submissions simultaneously Engage with clients to understand key tender requirements Material and plant take-off, managing subcontractors and equipment quotes, including vendor engagement for best price, alternatives, and products to provide a competitive advantage Follow-up submissions as required by the client Completing and coordinating all relevant information relating to submissions Effective Time Management Ensuring a continual forward workload of tender inquiries and estimates Working with the team to improve our estimating process What we're looking for At least 2 years experience as an Estimator within existing commercial buildings - mechanical industry preferred.
