Are you looking for a Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship working for a well-established manufacturing company? Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre have a rare vacancy for an Apprenticeship (Certificate III Engineering - Mechanical) with our host company based in Highett. Our host company, Ronson Gears, is a leading gear manufacturer that provides for companies all over Australia and the world in a wide variety of industries. They pride themselves on their passion for precision and are looking for a candidate who can work with that passion.
Position Details:

Location: Highett VIC 3190
Duration: 4 Year Apprenticeship
Hours of Work: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday to Friday

Requirements:

Must be an Australian citizen or have full Australian working rights

About the Role:

Quality inspection of manufactured products
Use of CNC machines and lathes for gear cutting
Operate deburring machine
General machine cleaning
May be moved into different areas of the business which can include product testing

Desirable Requirements:
Although this role has no experience required, we have listed some desirable skills and requirements below:

Candidates need to be motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable
Car and driver's licence
Completion of Year 10
Must be willing to undertake the formal and on-the-job training whilst working towards their Certificate III qualification
