UGL Regional Linx are looking for a passionate & enthusiastic Master Scheduler/Planner to join our team in Dubbo.

Job Purpose The Master Scheduler is responsible for the planning and scheduling of all work across the project lifecycle, creating detailed programs, and monitor performance to deliver the best quality projects on time and on budget in accordance with UGLRL procedures.
Key Responsibilities Implement planning strategies, approaches, review and monitoring for all work and projects.
Develop, Implement and proactively manage a Master Schedule that schedules all asset works on the CRN Develop a rolling 3-year rolling possession plan based on efficient delivery of the 3MWP and enhancements.
Develop and implement a schedule with Procurement and Project Managers to develop a tendering and procurement schedule for contractors as part of the Master Schedule.
Develop and implement a schedule with Procurement and Project Managers to develop a tendering and procurement schedule for long lead time materials as part of the Master Schedule.
Develop, implement systems and processes for project handovers and Manage project handovers between CRN and TfNSW including ensuring all agreed artefacts are received from Project Teams.
Ensure that the CRN TAO plan is applied diligently across all projects, particularly procurement of contractors.
Ensure project planning activities are conducted in accordance with UGLRL policies and procedures.
Lead, support and challenge Project Managers in the creation and development of their Project Plans and schedules.
Review, maintenance of and challenge all planning and scheduling assumptions across the program and project portfolio.
Develop, implement and provide regular reporting to UGLRL and TfNSW on the schedule status and risks and make the necessary recommendations to correct a schedule risk.
Ensure monitoring and reporting of Project Controls (EVM) processes are successfully set-up and implemented on projects.
Dynamic leadership of the Planning Team (Possessions Planner and Planning Engineer) and support to the Project Management Teams and the wider business.
Communicate job expectations to direct reports, which may include monitoring, and coaching employees.
Lead team projects by organising, coordinating, planning, arranging, scheduling, and monitoring results Qualifications and Experience Tertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building, Sciences, Architecture or Project Management, or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years' experience in Rail Maintenance or a Rail Projects environment or extensive experience with project/program planning and scheduling Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in scheduling and organising multi disciple programs of work.
