How will you make an impact?
From the implementation and execution of adapted global and regional strategies at local levels in a 12 months fixed-term role. Working with the Regional Marketing Manager, they help drive region-level execution of global campaigns adapted for the region to support sales and sales centers.
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns and programs for assigned product portfolios through key channels in the region that support the agreed marketing campaign/program objectives and strategies.
What will you do?
Achieving financial and market success in the region for assigned product portfolios and providing region-level line-of-sight visibility to WW platform and Market Development.
Manage Region market performance such as short-term forecasting, sales and shipments, gap-to-close analysis and corrective actions as required in conjunction with Regional Marketing Manager, sales leadership and RMD team.
For assigned product portfolios perform detailed analysis and routine reporting of Region business performance (i.e. Region revenue, unit/solution actual sales to forecast, campaign implementation status and results) so that appropriate actions can be planned.
Recommend actions based on seasonality and competitive pressures, key partner performance and issues.
Optimize Region pricing in collaboration with Marketing Manager, RMDs, and sales leadership.
Plans and executes Region and country-level NPIs, price actions, upgrades and obsolescence of existing products.
For assigned product portfolios work on the adaptation of global campaigns and programs for execution in the region to establish strong customer and category positions.
For assigned portfolios, responsible for working on new product introduction/ launch execution (NPI) and deployment plan, including country level PR, local web content and local activities to support launch.
Develops and implements local sales and competitive response for campaigns and programs.
Execute programs and activities to support LSG channels, including events, sales andsales centers and sales training delivery.
Manage the placement of agreed advertising communications for both print and digital media.
Supports the marketing requests of the regional sales team.
How will you get here?
Education
Bachelor’s degree in either Life Science or Marketing
Experience
5 years of commercial marketing experience with Life Science Industry experience highly regarded.???????
